Nice moves

A weird sitstart but otherwise nice technical compression style boulder.

Quite a controversial line, but I liked my static beta. Felt like 6C+/7A.

I think the mentioned starting holds made this one quite reachy, but also the moves were kind of cool. There could be other possible betas with crimps and an undercling. Climbed though in the same way as in beta video, because with these starting holds it felt the most natural way and I had just a long enough wingspan (171+4).

Tricky sitstart. The rest is grade 4 climbing.

Used the crimp next to the jug.

Sport season opening finally! Liked this one with nice high steps and mantling.

Climbed the eliminated version. I think the start would be better and more natural if climbed more straightforward.

I don’t know if it was the heat, but felt quite hard for a 6B.

Too hot & million mosquitoes, but I liked this boulder.

Didn’t use any of the neighboring 6A line’s holds, but still felt easy.

Felt hard before I found the hidden undercling. Maybe should have watched the beta video, but now I got to find it myself. 😁

Second go. A tiny dap at the first go. Should have climbed without a pad.

I wasn’t quite sure about the eliminates, so no stars. Used some corner holds for right foot like in beta video. In this way felt like the same level of difficulty as the other 6Cs in the sector.

So good! Few tries.

The crux was to avoid the tree… Otherwise nice moves.

The topout was soaking wet, so I had to go a little to the right at the very end to make it safe. Fun moves at the beginning.

Maybe first time in history a sitstart was the best move of a boulder. Did it with a left heel & right toe hook.

Solid 6B without the shelf.
