Great, technical, all-four-drive line that took me three or four sessions this season and a couple more in the previous two seasons. The learning curve was rather slow, yet steady. In this year’s sessions, I was able to do one new move in every session of the crux sequence (around when bumping the right hand to the big vertical ledge and catching the left-hand crimp). Luckily, after catching the crimp, I was able to top out right away. Thanks to Tuesday’s megasession, I got new ideas for the beta and lots of excitement!

Two trips and seven sessions later. Last Eastern I got so hooked and excited when I understood and did all the moves. Send was sooo close then as well, but I wasn’t able to keep myself together. The route was on my limits. Now I came back and first session was horrible. I was barely able to do all the moves. Second session was short and I felt my weakest. Decided to spend a day climbing everything else. Then one good res day and today after few goes I sent the route with a little beta tweak on the beginning 🤩

Didn’t like the crimps, but rock over and palm press was nice 😍

I recommend using harder shoes and not falling on top of the rock. I didn’t fall on top of the rock though.

I was amazed by this line three years ago, but was too scared even to try it! Now I was able to find a suitable beta and the courage to try and top it 🥰 Took a few tries to find high left feet and crimp in the beginning. Then few more tries to understand and trust the top slopers.

This boulder took four sessions for me. Definitely nice projecting exercise 🤗 1st was about figuring out the start, learning from others and testing the moves. Maybe 1 h short group session. On a 2nd I did the climb in two parts. Was projecting it with another person and figured out the beta most suitable for me. Maybe 1,5-2 hours. 3rd was all about sending. I took good rest between tries which was clever. Unfortunately first half of the session I was constantly forgetting the sequnce. Eventually I was super close, but fell of from the last crimp because of the pump. 4th session was cold, holds classy. I dropped from individual moves, but started to piece moves together. Before even doing all the moves again I surprised myself with a controlled, calm send. Tried to climb it again, but tries were just so randomly odd. Weird day, but happy to send it!

Nice route! From start I heel hooked to the right. That opened the sequence for me.

Really much like this one! First move was the showstopper for me the whole time. When I eventually figured it out I was able to top the problem 👌

Quality route 👌 I struggled two sessions with the first right leg move. Couldn’t find the position. With the help of power spotting and the Taistelu-Jaska soundtrack, I knew what to do. Eventually climbed the route twice back to back 🤗 Maybe I learnt something.

Nemesis route! After 3 seasons and 14 sessions, I managed to climb this. For many this is "the first 7A", but for me, I needed to work on my weaknesses for a while :D Stronger fingers and better flexibility on the legs helped.

Went on first go after topping En Forme.

I used the higher hand holds. Suited well for me. Maybe easier like that. Caro climbs lower. If I’d try to hold the slopers hands straight my ass would touch the ground 🤷🏻‍♂️

Did the route last year or a yer before that. Nice mantle + balance exercise!

I wasn’t able to do/figure out the sit start move so I climbed this using sloper as ”a start hold”. It was nice route with those rules as well 👌 Easier of course, but cool moves.
