2nd go. Quite hard with and without crack climbing gear/technique. Kind of good route though and certainly challenging.

Not easy to read. I still haven’t fully grasped the route but made it to the anchor regardless.

Assuming this is the longest route at the right side of Konditoriväggen. Decent climbing all the way up!

2nd go. Just guessing which route this is from judging the difficulty. I'm assuming this is the second long route from the right of Konditoriväggen, starting on the moss pile :) Loved the crux sequence. Not easy but fun!

Same story as Alden. Missed the victory jug on OS. Fun route! 2nd go.

Good! Not easy. Maybe morpho at the crux.

Good and steady climbing. Is it really 37m long? I interpreted two spaced sport clips as an “anchor”, maybe there would’ve been something else higher up? Who knows, I didn’t see anything beyond that point. For me the route ended there. Still good quality, as for the whole crag it could use some more traffic :)

A little but not too dirty, loose rocks only of you go off route, superb climbing otherwise. Deserves more traffic! If your risk tolerance is not high, climb to the first anchor only, that’s plenty of fun already! To the higher anchor is a very exposed and a tad dirty.

Even better than the more popular variation with exit to the left! Climbed both variations in one go by downclimbing from the anchor. Maintain style and balance by going direct!

Solid, balanced, and flowy slab. Recommended, but imo the direct version should be the one climbed. If I were to read the rock and not the topo, this route wouldn’t exist.

Interesting in the easy part and less so in the hard part. Not easy and probably this year’s easiest lowest-grade RP. 2nd go.

Delicate. Slab. Nice.

A few attempts spread out over a few session throughout the last years. First projected with Max. Felt easier and easier now without too much work. Today in the sun it was no problem. Nice and technicla and a bit beta-dependent. Good route!

Distinct crux. Wouldn’t have been easier without some trad climbing technique :) super interesting climbing all the way to the top, at least two stars for me.

Proper redpoint, first attempt since the missed OS a year ago. Massive cold pump from the first move onwards, with long forced rests along the route. Good and very rewarding climbing.

2nd go. Not my style but still good route!

Cool technical climbing! Blew the onsight with no clue what to do. Maybe no focus either. 2nd go felt soft.

Fantastic long line with the right holds in the right places. Use long draws in the traverse to reduce rope drag.

3 stars for the crack, none for the short part that follows :)

With the mandatory boulder in the bottom definitely 7a for me. Prepare for foot pump and sore feet. Long route with good moves on sharp rock.

Not three stars in my opinion. Rather hard (or reachy) for 6a. Rock towards the top looks chossy but seems ok.

Technical, somewhat crimpy, not as sharp as suggested by others. All in all great route.

Hmm, blew the onsight and all powers left me. 3 or 4 presses.

Not as extreme as the guidebook suggests, but definitely fun and worth climbing.

Could it have been an onsight? Or not? Maybe tried it three years ago. Anyways, I couldn’t find the right holds on this year’s first attempt, so here’s the RP.

Mildly spicy with the small crimps! But quite fun

First crux in the start, which it shares with the neighbouring 5, and mossy on top. A solid 0*.

No stars for misleading(?) topo and that bolting…

5+ attempts when it could’ve been 2, yet worth every go. Particularly delicate and super fun second half + exit.

If you climb more on the arête, it does not become easier.

Lead L2, L4-6. L2 5c is not to be underestimated. As for the neighbouring lines (Federer), the lower pitches can be sandy. The last three pitches, however, are quite fun: Juggy steeper sections, simple slabs, technical dihedrals.

Powerful yet technical tufa boulder problem in the beginning, followed by easy but more difficult-to-read climbing on smaller holds.

Weird line and grading. Expect to struggle if you’re just comfortable at 5s

Beautiful and hard!

Some misleading bolts towards the end. Follow your intuition. If you keep right, you might encounter a potentially big loose ledge.

Super interesting, long climbing (40m), not necessarily hard. According to guide book it is "bolted to modern sport climbing standards" and as such it has a whopping 7 bolts on 40m of climbing. I guess it is already time to learn how to use slings in Montserrat :)

Suiting style and massive beta from Alden. Grade hard to judge. Between 7a and 7a+?

The original route and it’s variant are mixed up in the 2022 edition of the Versante Sud guide book. Watch out. Wanted to do the 6a :)

According to new route names on the wall, this route should be Edolo, whereas Faustolona is to the left.

Fun climbing. Chimney, crack, offwidth. And you don't even need crack climbing skills.

Almost got the onsight, couldn't solve the last hard move. 2nd go.

This route demanded a lot from me today, happy with the onsight.

Slightly polished but still very much fun. The extension would be 3* but didn’t happen in the current conditions.

Quite had for the grade! Maybe it deserves the plus or maybe I should just stick to slabs. Fun route nonetheless.

Cool route requiring some smearing techniques. Clueless on flash attempt, messed it up on 2nd go. 3rd go it was.

Perfect route for finishing a good day at the crag. Rather technical than powerful crux, a bit reach perhaps.

7a+ according to UKC and 8a. Soft.

2nd, onsight attempt felt like 7a, send go like 6c. From the last clip you can go either left or right, it seems a bit undefined. The moves in the second half are well worth climbing though.

Mossy, chossy, single-bolt anchor (2022). All clips clippable from the crack on the right, which would make it 5+. No fun at all without cleaning 🙃 maybe I’ll come back with a wire brush for a directer line.

Quite okay, but short.

Really fun, exciting and technical moves on British flowstone, just after a bouldery move to and over the lip. Three stars if the lower half would be more entertaining and first bolt not as high (climb starts on very loose terrain). Not easy onsighting and maybe not necessarily easy for the grade.

Found the route description slightly misleading and ended up too far right in the last third, clipping bolts on Scyphostoma and anchor again on Ryme Intrinseca. Not 7b this way (and not recommended).

Fun crux, good rock quality, interesting holds.

Short and straight forward, one of the better warmup’s in the gorge if you want to climb below 6.
