first send after break???? left hand start hold broke on aquatic hitchhiker but still goes. now real v10 for hitchhiker and real v12 for the aquarium. very happy about this one. i worked hard for this.

Cool sloper compression problem that requires a lot of balance and control.

Amazing problem with crimps, pockets, edges, lock-offs, and a committing but controlled last move.

Sustained lockoffs on crimps on a 45 degree wall. Last move dyno. Perfect.

Very blunt arete. Hard compression and extension moves to a hard topout.

Jump start to a sloper rail. Hike your feet up and huck for the jug. Intermediate crimp optional.

Awesome arete that works up crimps, sidepulls, and one awesome pinch.

Bad slopers to a hard one mantle finish. Great Problem!

Great overhang problem. A burly undercling and good edges will take you to a cruxy, slopy topout.

One move wander! If you like dynos off poor feet this short, little problem is for you.

Steep granite with long lock offs to a rad mantle. Perfection.

Midnight Lightning. Shazam. I don't need to tell you the beta or the significance of this boulder problem. All I can say is that this was a big send for me. I worked this climb for a couple seasons and along the way learned so much about climbing, myself as a person and a climber, and life. Sending Midnight Lightning brought me back into the game of rock climbing and allowed me to attain the beginner's mindset, even if just for a moment. Classic.

Where do I begin with Fly Boy?! Fly Boy is on a 45 degree overhanging wall in the Buttermilks of California's beautiful Bishop. It involves two in-cut crimps, a couple good feet and a big boy dyno to the lip!! Don't cathc yourself trying this thing without a couple pads and some good spotters!

Solid heel hooks. Good and Bad crimps. Challenging lock-offs. Holding a swing. AND to top it all off..... a POGO!! What more could you ask for in a boulder problem?

Fun little problem with a good combination of pockets, crimps and sidepulls.

Can you say flow?? If you like perfect slopers, heel hooks, pinches, AND even a crimp or two... oh and let's not forget the huge dyno at the end... then Seven Spanish Angels is for you. And if for some God-forsaken reason, none of that sounds appealing, this is STILL the route for you. Classic!!

Brian's Project was the first V9 I have completed outside. Work across this horizontal, blunt arete on bad slopers and good underclings. Lots of hand-heel matches and lots of big moves. Don't fall of the VB topout!!
