No special access issues
From Funchal, head for West on the "Monumental Road" pass trow Forum Madeira, until you reach a right turn that heads to "Praia Formosa" and find a parking spot, then you decide to go for the crag on the right or the left one.
Don't forget to bring beachwear so you can do some deepwatersolo!
