The summer season of Harakka starts in April once the ferry starts operating and closes in October once the ferry stops operating. The ferry is about 5 euros there and back and departs every 20/30 minutes. The ferry is payable with Mobilepay and credit card. No cash is allowed!

The main season starts from July once the water is warm and the birds stop nesting. The bird nesting season from May to June should be avoided. Seagulls tend to nest near the cliff and they can be rather aggressive.

In addition to great climbing Harakka has a Nature Centre and marked marked nature trails. The southern part of Harakka is a bird conservation area and closed from public. Dogs are not allowed in Harakka!
