30 minutes from Funchal, towards Pico do Arieiro, we find a forest road on the left that leads to the parking place.
From the indicated parking, enter the dirt road on the left, continue until the first curve on the right, where is the entrance to the trail (marked with a mariola), follow the steep terrain until an old footpath at fixed level, in the direction of to the sector.
