We like Alfacar

Alfacar is good for winter climbing. It has many crags between 5-7 (french) and is very close to Granada (not so much close to Malaga).

A wide variety of routes and nice setting make Alfacar a good place to visit if you're based in Granada. Maybe not the first option if you come from further. Sharp rock.
