Kuutti Heikkilä

Perus 7c. Otti sen 4 vuotta ja arviolta +150 yrkkää. Helposti vaikein kiipeämäni boulderi. Lyhytkätiselle karu greidi, toisaalta sitäkin hienompi reitti! Lähetyspäivä noin suunnilleen sinne päin.

Tried the moves/placements and climbed the route. My first proper trad route/lead.

Saitilla ekasta moovista alas ja seuraavalla yrkällä niin hirveä fläsäripumppu päälle, että toivo meinasi loppua kesken.

First route that I actually managed to climb this year. Fun route! Second go.

This one is way better than it looks like. Semi fast ascent. As it should be. I found allso mushrooms so good day it was :)

Had a good day at nummi. Thought warming up by setting the draws, but managed to climb it to the top. The weather was maybe the best ever!

I fell from the last move of hottentotti so luckily I could do at least this one :D. Better route than i expected!

First strugled with the moves, then did it on second go from the beginning. Total surprise tick! One of the best boulders around helsinki in my opinnion.

Usually I don't like this kind of slouping traverses, but in finland you have to climb what you have. Luckily I tried this because it is very good line! It took quite a while to do, but when I finally was at the top, it didn't feel too hard (but definitely not too easy either).

Easy with the right beta, but reading the route right was tricky. About as hard as chippendale but the climbing is more static and less powerfull.

2nd try

Very nice line. maybe a bit soft for 8a in my opinnion. I did it on 3 sessions and 6 proper tries + couple of warm ups. I tried this last autum when it was totally wet. Now it felt much easier and did it with 4( + 2 warm up) tries on two sessions.

Very nice line indeed. This one went on fourth try, but I got the beta from few other climbers which helped alot.

No idea how this line is originally climbed. In my opinnion not much harder than blockwork though... Went on first try, but I tried the last moves as warmup before the ascent so no flash.

Shame that I failed to read the route correctly. Went on second try.

Basically one hard move. Felt really hard for the grade at first, but when you learn the moves, it's not that hard. Season of rain should be doable now!

The beginning of the route was really wet.

brilliant boulder! Took two full sessions + couple of random tries. Maybe a little bit soft to be a 7c+.

Nice variation. Took about 10 tries, so maybe not 7c. I climbed it with a bit different beta though (compared to the video beta)

Potkin alusta hyvän jalkkiksen irti. Nyt piti heittää hookki isolle listalle heti alkuuna. Tuntui pirun vaikealta ainakin mun jäykkydellä.

Alussa muutama vaikea( ja sormekas) moovi, jonka jälkeen toehookkailun avulla loppuun. Aikaa tämän linjan kanssa kului muutama tunti.

Meni myös pidemmällä lähdöllä, tosin pokettihalkeamaa käyttäen.

Makuulähtö kummatkin kädet kehnossa underissa.
