Uttakleiv

Uttakleiv is another one of those picturesque areas. Driving through the Uttakleiv tunnel takes you to this flat farmland at the end of the road, surrounded by mountains and with a perfect beach facing the ocean. It is truly a remarkable setting, it's hard to beat climbing in the midnight sun with the North Atlantic in the background. There is a string of boulders along the shore north of the beach and then the more frequented southern area around the parking and the old road.

Bouldering has been going on here for quite some time. Some of it has been recorded, but there are most certainly a number of problems that didn’t make it to this book.
