This crag makes for a great location in the early morning, as the area gets lots of sun. Later in the day, when the sun sets behind the mountains, is can become significantly cooler.

The Colony gains it name from the occasional artificial bee colonies used for harvesting honey in the area.
Finding The Colony:
This aesthetic bouldering area is the first that you come to whilst driving from Marrakech. There is parking in a small layby on the side of the road. The first boulders are less than a 1 minute walk from your car.
