No special access issues
Park on Rubbi Road Kommetjie near the Catholic church and walk the line of trees into the mountain. At the top of the line of trees follow the trail left and then take the immediate right which bends up the hill to the right. You will find the Tea Break boulder on the path at the top.
10 min walk.
