Description

Nomesino is an impressive crag that's a must visit if you're in the area. It offers beautiful long and sustained routes where you will benefit from a good stamina. When it comes to grades it's best for those enjoying grades between 7a-8b but there's also some 6th grade routes. Due to its popularity some routes are a bit polished.

As a south facing crag Nomesino dries fast and it's possible to climb there throughout the year. Even when it rains the crag stays mostly dry expect the top parts of the routes!

As the approach is minimal and the ground around the crag very flat, it's a very suitable place also for families with kids.

History

This crag is developed my multiple climbers since 1987 when it was discovered by Ermanno Dossi and Giuliano Dorigatti.

In 1998 Nomesino was fully rebolted by Rolando Larcher with the support of Vertical Sport store.
