Description

Nolhaga is a little crag in central Alingsås.
Actually the crag is not that little, but it consists of many sectors. Here only the three bolted routes are presented. There are some more naturally protected routes, as well as routes climbed on top rope in the Area. These are not included in this guide.
There is a number of lower-offs along the top of the crag placed by local climbing club. From these you can top rope some lines.

ASPECT AND CLIMATE
The crag is facing south and is partially shaded by trees. The routes dry rather slowly. There is also som seepage going on after rain.

THE ROUTES
The left route is about 20 m and slabby while the two right routes are vertical or slightly overhanging and 15 m high. All routes are bolted and equipped with lower-offs.

History

The climbers have been active in Nolhaga at least since the beginning of 1990's. The bolted routes were developed by local climbers around year 2000.

Nolhaga
