⛰️Frise is located in the lower Valle Grana, at about 1200 meters above sea level. The place is characterized by an alpine environment, with meadows where cows graze and a stream that reminds you of how close the Alps are. The rock in the boulder area is serpentinite, and the climbing is diverse. It ranges from holds that only serpentinite can offer to challenging overhangs. There are easy blocks for beginners and more demanding ones for experienced climbers. Don't miss "Intifada" for those seeking the 7c-8a grade.
For those who want a day of rest, Rifugio Rosset offers a trail that starts directly from the parking area. A leisurely walk will make you forget about any soreness in your fingers.
The proximity to Rocca Parvo and Fauniera also guarantees the possibility of traveling to different climbing areas during the day.

⛰️Frise è situato nella bassa Valle Grana, a circa 1200 metri sul livello del mare. Il luogo è caratterizzato da un ambiente alpino, con prati dove pascolano le mucche e un ruscello che ti ricorda quanto le Alpi siano vicine. La roccia nell'area dei blocchi è serpentino e l'arrampicata è varia. Si va dalle tacche che solo il serpentino sa offrire agli strapiombi che ti sfidano. Ci sono blocchi facili per i principianti e blocchi più impegnativi per i climber esperti. Non perdere "Intifada" per coloro che cercano il grado 7c-8a.
Per chi vuole un giorno di riposo, il Rifugio Rosset fa partire il proprio sentiero esattamente dal parcheggio dell'area, una camminata vi farà dimenticare di non aver più pelle sulle dita.
La vicinanza con Rocca Parvo e Fauniera garantiscono anche la possibilità di spostarsi in giornata in zone diverse d'arrampicata.
