🧗♂️ Strandstenen or the Beach Rock consists of only one boulder, but is located in a charming setting just by the lake — a couple meters from the parking spot! The bloc has lots of formations and plenty of climbs on all sides, even some memorable lines over the water! The area is very child-friendly and pleasantly open with picnic tables and a pretty view, as well as easy access to the water! This area is especially good in the summertime — with few mosquitos and often a nice breeze, although there are a few esoteric problems which require ice on the lake! However, on sunny days it can be crowded with visitors sunbathing and children playing. All in all it's a good bloc for both beginners and families as well as climbers looking for some tougher challenges!
