No special access issues
By Private Vehicle:
From Attiki Odos exit #4 – Aspropyrgos, turn north towards the mountain. Turn left after 700m and then right after another 300m. Descend on the small bridge that crosses the dry river and turn left after the bridge.
On the first road bend after the bridge (400m from the bridge) leave the main road to follow faint dirt road. Be careful since two dirt roads leave from the same point. Do not follow the obvious one going uphill. Instead take the faint one, initially moving westwards and downhill before turning northwards.The road becomes progressively more difficult for 2WD vehicles and unless you have a 4WD it is advisable to park before it becomes impassable. A 4WD can continue all the way to a small clearing (total 1,5km from the start of the dirt road).
From the clearing the crag is visible on the other side of the small gorge. Continue on foot on the dirt road for another 100m and then turn left on faint footpath descending to the river bed. Cross the riverbed and follow the open slopes to the crag.
Total walking distance: 300-1700m (depending on where you park), walking time: 8-17min, total positive altitude: 30-60m.
By Public Transport:
It is difficult to access the crag by public transport. The closest station to the crag is the suburban railway station of “Aspropyrgos”, 7km away.
