Found the first couple of moves on this hard and harder than other 7a’s of its style here. It’s also a cool feature and would be 3 stars if only the top was a little more sustained

Great little bloc. Hard to avoid the dab but otherwise it’s a beauty

2 goes after a false start. All the difficulty lies in getting ones ass off the ground and then a trick foot to hand move

Punchy moves on this one. Beta with low foot and long move to the left hand with an almost comp style double clutch

This one felt the hardest on the tour. Physical but also subtle body positioning required. Right toe hook method for me

Absolute classic of the area. This time completed from the lower start with one hand under the roof in the slot. Higher boulders obstruct the original low low start.

Breaches the largest section of roof using some cool holds for a punch to the lip

This an excellent gem. Can't quite believe I'd never tried it before

3 sessions for this. Felt 7b all the way until the actual send where I can see 7a+. Great little boulder with a lot more subtlety that you first think. Right heel method for me.

Excellent delicate arete climbing.

Great rock with excellent topout holds. Slight downside is the fact your stood on the shelf at the bottom but climbing is great.

Despite the foot bloc use around the corner this is a great boulder. Just like a 7a version of Tetris. The toe hook beta proved crucial

Cool little jump move off a nice pinch. Nice to revisit this little boulder after 15 years!

Nice little block. Swoop to the left pocket seemed the logical finish to the problem

Stunning slopers and movement

This was a tough boulder for me. In total 5 sessions with 3 before a trip. Was convinced it was 7c+ but felt much better after returning from Magic Wood and having some time on rock. Still its certainly a tricky little number. Great experience of managing conditions, expectations, skin! The full package for sure

First day in Targasonne. Flake is a bit wobbly but a beautiful egg shaped boulder in a lovely setting

A mini personal war finally ended. Super hard for me as I'm not very powerful. Changed beta to jumping our of the low foot lock in the roof. It wasn't pretty but sometimes you just gotta get it done
