Zen Garden section is one of the bouldering sections located in Zoolander bouldering area, Khon Kaen, Thailand. There are 2 way to approach this sector. First, take the same approach road with Central Park sector. If you have a low clearance vehicle, park at the main parking area, same with Central Park. If you have a high clearance vehicle, from the main parking area, keep left and drive down steep hill along the track. Park at the corner where the lake ends and you see a pump station. Take a trail left from the pump station to the first boulder. This trail is marked red in the map and is 780 ft from the upper parking to Bonzai Boulder.
Second, park at the main parking lot of the Water Park and walk along the old concrete road of luge car. The trail (marked blue) is 540 ft from the parking to Bonzai Boulder, and it will take you down to the meadow near Elephant Ear boulder. Motorcycle access is possible on this trail.
Zen Garden sector has a decent concentration of hard climbs , a good selection of high-ball boulders and plenty of variety to suit all levels of skill and fear. There's loads of funky sandstone blocs to test yourself on.
