From Jerusalem (1 – 1.5 hours by car):
Leave the city through the Hizma checkpoint heading east on Route 1 towards the Dead Sea. Once past Jericho, continue south on Route 90 along the Dead Sea. At the T- intersection featuring a gas station on your right, take a right following the sign towards (Qumran, Kalia, Ein Gedi). From this intersection drive roughly for another 17 km (10-15 minutes) and you will see Wadi Tamer on your right. There are a number of canyon washes descending the large east-facing cliffs on your right. Use the GPS coordinates provided to make sure you are at the right place. Park on the eastern side of the street just at the entrance to an Israeli settlement date farm.
The coordinates for the parking are 31.639261N, 35.417942E.

By foot, cross the road and hike up the wash following a trail marked by white-green stripes to reach the cliff. The boulder blocs located before the Waterfall sector on the right side of the path.

From Ramallah (1.5 hours by car):
Take the main Jerusalem Road south from Ramallah, passing the Qalandia refugee camp on your left and the Qalandia checkpoint on your right. Continue southeast past Al –Ram until you reach the Jaba’a junction at which you take a sharp right onto road 437. Follow the road past the village of Hizma until it runs into Route 1. Take a left and head east, descending into the Jordan valley. From there on follow the description above.
