Access
From the highway between Limassol and Paphos, take the exit at Avdimou heading towards Troodos. Follow the F606 for 14 km and then turn left at the T-junction, following signs for Troodos. Continue on the E601 for 12 km and then turn left at the T-junction, continuing to follow signs for Troodos. After 3 km, turn left as you enter Pano Platres following signs for Trooditissa Monastery. Follow this road for 6 km until you reach the Trooditissa Picnic Site.
If you are coming from the mountains, follow signs to Prodromos. From the roundabout at Prodromos, take the exit with signs for Trooditissa Monastery. Follow this road for 8 km until you reach the Trooditissa Picnic Site. Park at the picnic site.
Approach
From the picnic site, cross the road and step over the metal road barrier just after the bridge. Make your way down the hillside towards the river, and then follow the river bank until you reach an open, rocky area. You will see a concrete structure up the hill on your left and the defunct abseil platform in the distance ahead of you. Traverse across the rock, working your way down into the valley. The climbs will be visible on the rock on your right and below on the rock beneath the abseil platform.
