Sit start the low pedestal as per TP. Climb straight out the main roof, avoiding the 2nd pedestal feature to your left. Choose the broken crimps that pleasure you and pull the roof a few feet right of Captain Flint.

Heel hook on right side of flake after grabbing the broken crimps. From there make a wide move to the lip out right, look for the little knob for your thumb to pinch the slimper slot just past the lip. Big move to jug with or without a foot cut.

Likely FA of the full version, seemed logical and it drew me into the challenge, despite the broken crimps in the roof. Plus I could not do the big reach on Captain Flint without hitting my face on the lip, so this was the better way to get to the top for me. When I did this, there were 3 holds to choose from (which may break further in the future). There was a tooth you could pinch in the middle, a broken smaller crimp on the left, and a slightly deeper but narrower crimp on the right. I chose the little tooth pinch for the left hand but it could be done with any of them.
