🥾 The approach
The bouldering area is a short hike through the woods from the parking spot. The trail can be uneven with roots and dense vegetation, so wear sturdy shoes and consider long pants for comfort. The walk-in is quick and easy to follow. Following the approach track can be done in both directions. Be aware of traffic if you choose to follow the road.
✈️ From Harstad/Narvik Airport (EVE)
If you're flying in, Harstad/Narvik Airport (Evenes) is the closest airport. From there, it's about a 50-minute drive to Straumsnes via the E10 and E6 highways. Car rental is recommended for the easiest access. There are also bus options, but they may involve transfers and take significantly longer.
🚗 From Narvik
From Narvik, simply follow Rombaksveien along the Rombakfjord until you reach the designated parking spot, marked on the map. The spot is located by a bus stop — be sure not to block the bus or other traffic when parking.
