Still thinking about the start. I started with the left hand where the line seems to start from the pic, on lowest sloper and the right hand on the leftest undercling. Up to the top out is easy, 6B+/6C in my opinion. The exit is a bit sketchy, but alright, kind of dirty. The original route might be starting both hands on the left sloper with a toe hook (?), just trying to imagine, but not sure.

Nice line, physical lower part followed by top out on slopers.
If you use some clever toe hook at the start, it gets easier than a 7a+.
UPDATE.
After a little bit of thought, and a second run at the boulder, I think 6c is a more appropriate grade. The line is super cool, but it feels easier than many other 7as here in Varazze

7A+
7A/+ depending on the beta.
Start I used: Left hand on the lowest sloper on the outer edge. Right hand on the lowest part of the inner lip (underbelly).
Beautiful line irrespective, steady 7A for sure.
