Park your car wisely. Don't block the tractor entrance to the woods or anything else. Otherwise no special access issues and same rules as anywhere else.
The fastest way to access the crag by public transport is a train ride to Siuntio's train station, and from there, there is a 5.8 km walk or bike ride.
