Once you arrive in Ostana, continue toward the La Galaberna refuge until you reach the hamlet of Bernardi. Turn right and follow a dirt road straight ahead until you reach a grassy parking area near the church of San Nicolao. From the San Nicolao parking area, a trail begins at the far left. After ten minutes, you’ll reach a point where the path descends toward a stream. Continue until you reach the junction for Calcinere. At this point, head northeast until you arrive at the boulder called La Prua. To reach the Castello sector, simply continue northwest for thirty minutes. If you prefer, you can take the panoramic trail, which takes about two hours and is marked as the longest GPS track on the map.
