Traverse from left to right as for Dirty Ernie's Revenge. When you reach the left start hold for Dirty Ernie's Rampage, do not continue right into the right hand start hold for Dirty Ernie's Rampage. Instead go up direct right hand to a bad pinch then bump to a better pinch.
