No special access issues
🚗 Arrival:
From Arco head to Madonna di Campiglio. About 13 km before Madonna di Campiglio, you will reach Pinzolo. Go through Pinzolo and over the bridge over Sarca river. 350 meters after the bridge turn left, following the indication to Val Genova / Parco Adamello Brenta. Enter the valley.
1) Pigoz car park is on the left side of the road 150 meters before the restaurant La Prisa.
2) Drive for 650 meters more (450 meters before the first large car park) to find on the left side of the road the car park for Frances, La palina and La spiaggetta boulder areas
3) Drive along the Genova valley for 4 km, till you get to Nardis waterfall. Go over the waterfall and after about 450 meters you will find a car park on the left.
4) Finally, the last car park is 3.4 km ahead. There is a large area with a house on the right and a bridge on the left. This is Lares car park.
Note: from June to September you have to pay a ticket to get to the car parks of Nardis and Lares.
🚶♂️ Sectors:
In the topo we have reported all the network of paths that we suggest to follow to reach both sport sectors and boulder areas. Choose the closest car park, turn on the GPS and enjoy.
A few notes to reach some sectors:
To reach Pigoz, take the evident downhill path starting from the car park. Walk along the iron fence and at its end go up three steps. You will shortly reach the crag (3 mins from the car park).
Il giardino area can be easily reached from the same car park, taking the path to “eremo di San Martino” and leaving it after a few meters on the left.
Nardis crag is on the right side of Nardis waterfall. Come back towards the waterfall and cross the bridge. After 20 meters there is a small path going into the woods. Rise towards the waterfall, then turn right.
Boulder areas:
The same car park can be used to reach Sasso Itler, Burzum and Merendina.
Lares: head to the bridge and cross it. Follow the indications to Lares waterfall and walk along the evident path. At the first junction, keep the right and after a couple of minutes you will get to the crag (quite close to the waterfall). Along the way there are also some indications “Palestra di roccia”.
