No special access issues
Per arrivare al parcheggio:
Da Domodossola prendere la superstrada del Sempione e uscire in direzione Crodo-Formazza-Antigorio. Superare Crodo e, a Baceno, imboccare a sinistra la strada per l'alpe Devero. Oltrepassare Croveo, proseguendo per la strada che sale verso il Devero e, superato il ponte con il parcheggio della falesia di Esigo, dopo circa 350 metri, parcheggiare in uno slargo sulla destra appena prima di un ponticello, in corrispondenza di una strada sterrata che entra a sinistra, costeggiando un torrente (possibilità anche di fare un pezzo di sterrata con la macchina e parcheggiare negli spiazzi che si trovano salendo sulla sinistra).
Avvicinamento:
Percorrere la sterrata che costeggia il Rio Freddo e alla fine di essa andare a destra su un ponte con fontanella da cui si scorge già nel bosco la cima della Piramide. Salire verso sinistra su un largo sentiero che, dapprima costeggia un gruppo di baite, e poi prosegue in direzione di una casa più isolata. Prima di giungervi, svoltare a sinistra su una traccia marcata ed evidente che, inoltrandosi nel bosco e passando al di sopra di una baita diroccata, porta in breve alla falesia.
To get to the car park:
From Domodossola, take the Sempione highway and exit in the direction of Crodo-Formazza-Antigorio. After passing Crodo, arrive in Baceno and turn left towards Alpe Devero. Pass Croveo, continuing on the road that climbs towards Devero. After crossing the bridge with the parking area for the Esigo crag, drive for about 350 meters and park in a widened area on the right, just before a small bridge, corresponding to a dirt road that enters on the left, alongside a torrent (it's also possible to drive on the dirt road and park in the clearings on the left as you climb).
Approach:
Follow the dirt road that runs alongside the Rio Freddo stream, and, at the end of it, turn right over a bridge with a fountain, from where the summit of the Piramide can be seen in the woods. Turn left on a wide path that initially runs alongside a group of cabins, and then continues in the direction of a more isolated house. Before reaching it, turn left onto a marked and evident trail that, winding into the woods and passing above a ruined hut, quickly reaches the crag.
