No special access issues
Per arrivare al parcheggio:
Da Domodossola lungo la superstrada prendere l' uscita in direzione Formazza-Antigorio e oltrepassare Crodo. A Baceno imboccare a sinistra per l'alpe Devero. Circa 2 km dopo la frazione di Croveo parcheggiare presso il ponte.
Avvicinamento:
Prima del ponte, all'inizio della mulattiera per Esigo, imboccare subito a sinistra il sentiero per Ponte Romano. Dopo pochi minuti di salita nel bosco, abbandonarlo e seguire una breve traccia verso destra che porta al lato est ormai visibile; oppure, ancor prima, prendere la biforcazione in direzione della cascata, arrivando così direttamente al lato nord. I due settori, vicini tra loro, sono anche collegati da una breve cengia con corda fissa.
To get to the car park:
From Domodossola, take the highway and then take the exit towards Formazza-Antigorio. Continue on this road, passing through Crodo, and in Baceno, turn left towards Alpe Devero. About 2 km after the hamlet of Croveo, park near the bridge.
Approach:
Before the bridge, at the start of the mule track to Esigo, take the path to the left towards Ponte Romano. After a few minutes of ascent through the woods, you can either take a fork earlier on the path in the direction of the waterfall, wich leads directly to the north side, or continue on the path and then leave it to follow a short way to the right that leads to the east side, now visible. The two sectors, close to each other, are also connected by a short ledge with a fixed rope.
