Hankø

Hankø has been a favorite among both local and visiting climbers for many years.
Sjøveggen is the tallest wall on Hankø, with routes up to 20 meters high. The routes at Redern, Monkey, Mekker’n, and Himalaya are slightly shorter and steeper. Bloksberg is approximately 12 meters tall.

Development on Hankø began at Trouville and Sjøveggen in the late 1980s, initiated by Jens Webster and Vidar A. Velde.
