There are good opportunities for camping at the top of Sjøveggen. Below the wall, you will also find an outhouse and a trash bin.

Due to the presence of fallow deer, dogs must be kept on a leash on Hankø year-round. The fallow deer were introduced to Hankø in the early 1900s, and today there is a population of around 200 animals. The chances of spotting a deer on the way to Sjøveggen are high.

The approach to Sjøveggen follows the road past the hotel all the way to a tennis court. Turn left here and continue on a gravel road marked with a sign for “climbing wall.” When the path reaches a bay, it continues along a marked trail over the rocks.

The approach to Bloksberg also follows the road past the hotel but turns right just before the tennis court. Follow this road for a few hundred meters until it narrows, then turn left onto a small trail.
