No special access issues
Park at the Gwern Gof Isaf farm and pay the £2 parking fee at the farmhouse. Follow the old roman road back towards Capel Curig until the small cluster of trees runs out on your left. From here, jump the ditch and follow the edge of the ferns up towards the mountainside. The Smackhead bloc becomes apparent very quickly.
The Momentary Grip boulder can be seen from here a little further up the hill.
For the Cost of Living area, stay on the Roman Road towards Capel Curig until you reach a wall. Go through the gate and turn right, following the wall around the hillside until the boulders come into view.
