Description

📍A forestcliff with a good variety of routes in Froland, Norway.

🧗More or less vertical climbing on lists and small formations on firm granite/gneiss. All sport routes of hights from 20-30m. Grades from 5 to 7a+, mostly 5s and 6s. Still a few projects, altough they likely need a proper cleaning.
🍼 Easy access and a good variety of routes on the lower grades makes the crag suiteable for kids and beginners.
There is a smaller sector further inn called "Lekestua". This sector is rarely visited and there is no information on routes and topos.

☀️🌳💧 The crag is in the sun most of the day. Best in spring and early to late fall. Usually too wet mid-winter and too hot in summer. Dries relatively quick after rain.

🚗🚶30 min drive from Grimstad and Arendal. The wall is right next to the road. Approach time 2 min.

⚠️ Respect other climbers and don't litter. Be careful when entering and exiting the road.
ℹ️ Please provide topo suggestions, additional information or any other feedback that might improve the crag info :)

🖌️ The crag is maintained by Grimstad Arendal Klatreklubb (GAKK) and all income goes to bolting and maintaining local crags. See http://www.klatringsor.no.
