So I disagree with the description. The first pitch felt and was quite crumbly. I was following when a hold came off. The second pitch was in my opinion lovely, aside from after the last bolt where it gets a bit green and turfy. Belay point could be found on the nearby thick trees. With respect to the pitches I think the topo is out of date. The first pitch here is shown to end in a somewhat hanging belay. This belay is not good. If the leader heads up a bit more and up above the slab with a crack running along it's right they will find a sitting belay with two good bolts to build an anchor from. The steep second pitch then starts fairly immediately from this point. We ended up doing this route in 3 pitches. First pitch was to the dodgy hanging belay the second was to the nicer sitting belay which had the more solid anchor and 3rd was the last to the top out.
