### 🚗 HOW TO GET THERE: All roads lead to Foppiano!
Foppiano is easy to reach from several directions. Here are the detailed routes so you won’t miss a turn:
* From MILAN: Take the A8 motorway towards Varese, continue following signs for Gravellona Toce, then take the Sempione highway (SS33) until the exit for Crodo.
* From TURIN: Take the A4 towards Milan, then follow the A26 connection to Gravellona Toce. From there, continue on the Sempione highway until you reach Crodo.
* From BRIG (Switzerland): You have two spectacular options: cross the Simplon Pass or take the Brig–Iselle car-loading train. Once in Italy, follow signs for Varzo and then for Crodo.
* From BELLINZONA (Switzerland): Reach Locarno and take Cantonale 560 (Centovalli), which becomes State Road 337 in Italy. Drive through the scenic Val Vigezzo until the Masera exit, then follow signs for Sempione and continue to Crodo.

### 📍 THE FINAL STRETCH: Into the Witches’ Forest
Once you arrive in Crodo, pay close attention to the final directions. Important: Make sure your destination is Foppiano di Crodo, not the village with the same name in Val Formazza.
#### If you travel by CAR:
From State Road 659, after about 8 km, turn left at the junction for Mozzio – Viceno – Foppiano. Continue for about 7 km and, once you reach the church of Viceno, turn left to climb up to Foppiano.
#### If you travel by CAMPER or VAN:
The recommended route is slightly different to avoid narrow sections. From State Road 659, go straight at the first junction following signs for Baceno. Pass through the village center and, right after the Carabinieri building, turn left for Mozzio – Viceno – Foppiano. At the next junction, turn left for Cravegna. After about 7 km, once you reach the church of Viceno, turn right for the final climb to Foppiano.

### 🅿️ WHERE TO PARK
The area offers three different parking zones for every need:
1. Lo Spiazzo: A gravel pull-out on the left side of the restaurant. Ideal for day visitors arriving by car.
2. The Picnic Area: This is the main parking area in Foppiano. It is the only one where Camper and Van parking is allowed. Here you’ll find a fountain, toilets, and a BBQ area with grills.
3. The Moon Clearing: A large, very quiet area reached via a dirt road beyond the Spiazzo. It has around 20 spaces but is absolutely not suitable for campers and has no water supply.
