No special access issues
Many of the pitches are up to 40m, or even longer, so long ropes (80 or even 100m) are recommended - and always tie a knot at the end! Unfortunately there have been some accidents, so we must all be vigilant. There have also been some robberies at the parking spot, so please avoid leaving any valuable objects inside your vehicle.
How to reach the parking:
From Alicante: Leave the A-7 at exit 541 (Redován) and follow signs to Redován. Shortly before Redovan village, and just after a firework company (pirotecnia), turn left into the cemetery. Follow the road through the cemetery to reach the parking area.
From Murcia: Leave the A-7 at exit 545 (Orihuela/Benferri) and drive towards Orihuela on the CV-930 for 3km. Take exit N-340 (Orihuela/Redován) and follow directions until you reach the village of Redován. At the first roundabout in the village, turn left and continue through Avda. Exma. Diput. Prov. de Alicante until a small pine forest indicates the cemetery. Turn right into the cemetery and follow the road through the cemetery to reach the parking area.
Approach:
From the parking, follow the road steeply uphill to a sharp right-angled bend with a big boulder. Follow the obvious path from here which leads straight to the crag.
