Caposele is reachable from the north via the highway to Avellino, then by taking the SS7 road. From the south, take the Salerno–Reggio Calabria highway until the Contursi Terme/Postiglione exit, then continue on the SS691 road.
Once in Caposele, at the roundabout take the exit for Teora and follow the brown signs marked “Climbing area – Falesia di San Vito.”
There is a small parking area below the crag, and it is also possible to park along the roadside. Since the road is narrow and steep, it is recommended to reach the area with small vehicles only.
There is no approach, as the parking area is directly beneath the crag.
