Canche aux Merciers
SUPER Family friendly and nice area for the whole crew. It's a perfect combination of sand beaches and boulders. There are a few trees to keep some of the area a bit shady. It's for sure a great place to spend the entire day with friends and families.
Also there are plenty of good climbing here in all grades.
You will find a Red circuit, which is hard for the color, but has some really good climbs on the way.
Besides the red TD+ circuit, you will find a Blue D+, orange AD, yellow PD and a brand new mauve PD- (Very close to purple, super good for beginners) and also two children's white circuits. The one around red 1 is meant for smaller children and the one closer to red 22 is for a bit older children.
If you like traverses, you will love it here. You can find up to 8A traverses on low boulders with amazing holds.
