Ølnes

The bouldering features crimps and slopers on a variety of different rock formations. The boulders are rather short, and the landings are nice, meaning that it’s a great place for beginners to start bouldering. The boulders range from 6C to 7C, but easier boulders are on the horizon.

The bouldering area was discovered in 2021 when local climber Arne Farestveit were out looking for potential new bouldering areas in Sogndal, as there are very little established bouldering sites here.
