People that say, the sit start doesn‘t add a grade difference, probably didn‘t start sitting 😅 Hard from the hole with both hands

Equally hard as a stand start

Good! Sit start didn't add such a grade difference in my opinion. (meaning standing start is tough!) Edit: yes, started sitting, but it felt at least like 6B if not harder, both start and finish. Start added few moves, not difficulty for me.
