Description

Apremont, this sector has a very good variety of different problems.

Sea Blue circuit is on this area and Sky Blue starts from here and ends up on Apremont East.

The Salmon starts and ends on this sector, but escapes to Apremont East and Apremont West during the circuit.

The must do - problems on this sector are Egoiste, Clin d'oeil, Ju Jitsu, Psychose, Marginal (droite).

One a little less climbed nice one is Happy Boulder.

If you want to visit Apremont East, the shortest way is going east from the north side of Egoiste.

Apremont

The area is access sensitive!

The forest is a sensitive area. So these rules apply everywhere (also outside Font).

* No littering
* No fires
* Brush the holds
* Do NOT climb when the rock is wet! It is very brittle when wet.
* Carry the pads, don't drag them (helps preventing erosion)
* Stay on the paths!
* Absolutely no bivouacing/camping!
Park to the end of Allee des Vaches.

Total approach (to Egoiste/Ju Jitsu) is roughly 1000 meters.

Walk the paved road for 700 meters (take the left on Y-junction when you have walked for around 400 meters).

Take left, and walk the sandy path for 300 meters. Egoiste will be on your right and Ju Jitsu will be on your left side.
