Outbreak

Psyched to put up a new one at my favourite crag! Great moves. Edit: upon reflection I feel like this should probably be in at 7B+, it being simply a harder finish to Alpha. Certainly will be much more difficult for the short though, i.e. if you can't simply span between the tufas and the good lip holds on the first couple of moves.
