Hard to tell how this is defined. Used the first jug on the left as lefthand starting-hold but not to stand on it.

Either there is a hold, that was broken out or i am not flexible enough to be glued to the wall for the good footholds.

Start with right hand in right slopery jug, or it is harder I guess.

I guess the shorter you are, the harder it gets to reach the second hold in the slab. otherwise you might stand up easier. Nice technical stand-up problem.
