Rolled back the years today! Would love to be still capable of 7b+ quick but probably much closer to 7b

First time back on rock in two years and almost as many stone heavier. Pretty soft, feels about the same as Parker.

Literally the only thing not damp and horrid. Not as bad as I thought it was for years after actually looking at the feet. Couple of thin moves and a surprisingly fun sequence.

YES YES YES YES Everything felt perfect and found myself at the last move with nervous butterflies before i knew it!! So happy with this!

Hot sunny slippers made the top feel gripping!

7b+ for me any day! if you are tall enough to reach the big crimp from the ground or use the chip (which just isn't cricket.) i could imagine it feeling 7b though.

First time at Simons, foggy and damp, this was all that was dry, not great to warmup on, wasn’t exactly worth the walk up just for this.

Grade is a bit of an approximation, it's a cruxy route with a crux that entirely plays to my strengths, yet others found nails. also climbed in the height of summer so YMMV. the top section is pleasant and good climbing but you wouldn't want to blow it.

Felt like a path to the last move last time. 3 hours of skin shredding suffering today to finish it.

Had an hour before meeting friends at a near by pub. Flashed the stand and fell off the last move of the link, definitely heading back soon fresh to see it off, well worth a look if you are around!

apparently 7b+ now after a hold breakage but given the size of the hold for the heel it would have to have been about 90% smaller pre-breakage to make any noticeable difference to the move for mr, then again front on heel tension is something that is my bag so perhaps it is enough to change it for most. felt in line with some of the softer 7cs i've done. YMMV i guess.

5+ is probably being generous, did in work boots so probably even easier in proper shoes :/

Took an unholy strength sapping cut loose matching the crimp attempting exorcist, wisely decided to settle for this rather than fall off attempting to finish Exorcist!

Started from the absolute lowest possible crimps, eliminate with a defined start but climbs well, eliminate details seem to have been lost doesn't feel anywhere near 7b+ as a pure line. erroneously in the newest Yorkshire grit guide as 'Honey i shrunk the kids'

100% not 6c. ..you can literally reach the top from pulling on even if you ignore the bowling ball sized jug Edit: according to ukc the 6c isn't this line. it's the arete to the left on its right without the large pocket.

shamefully backed off doing in trainers after I pulled on, cant claim a flash...

Considering the epic siege I had on Red Baron when I first started climbing, it feels fantastic to send this! Climbed it flawlessly but pumped out, in the same session butchered every move cutting loose and sent it.. god knows! Probably the best line I've done on grit!

didn't feel much different than flying arete. especially experiencing flying arete as a shorter gentleman

First go 2nd session after changing foot beta for the transition to the stand start. Great movement but I wonder how long the flake will last, definitely felt movement from it on the send.

Easy but climbs naff.

2nd go, feels very eliminate.

Stiff for a 6a

Nice line, scary up top and the flake is feeling a little creaky.

Grade has apparently settled at around 7c/+ according to a group of Innsbruck locals I ended up trying with. was hoping for a first 8a in a session bah!

Got to use some old fashion jamming skils far from home!

Great end to a frustrating day!

Never knew starting matched on a good hold could make a problem that I flashed turn into such a trial!

Thought it was over once I reached the high lip... Such a cool bloc!

Felt impossible the day before as a storm rolled in, heard thunder again so ran to get on before history repeated itself, surprisingly the Quartzy pocket wasn't a grease fest and it went first try of the session. Awesome line!

2nd go. Greased off sun baked holds on the flash and landed in a snow drift... Surreal experience for sure!

2nd go. about 80% humidity and Literally swarmed by flies on the flash. Jumped straight on again after coming off then bailed out of the pit. 43 bites across my face, arms, neck and ankles in less than 5 minutes, Had been excited to try this for ages too! Not a pleasant experience.
