Very easy for a 7a.

There's one powerful move, but otherwise, the route is straightforward. Calling it 7b is ridiculous 🙄

7a+ in the guidebook, but there's no way that's accurate.

Second try. Very enjoyable but bouldery.

I thought I was on Gyes and kept complaining that it was very hard for a 6b. I realised my mistake hours later.

Second go.

The middle bit is mental, with a long stretch of easy climbing at the beginning and the end.

The crux is very technical. You start on slick holds and traverse over to sharp broccoli where most of the good footholds have broken off. Some guy came up to us saying he's done everything in Iliad except for this route.

Second go. Super chalky with somewhat polished footholds. Clearly a popular one.

It's 6c according to the route setter, and 6c+ in the Vertical Life guidebook.

Second go. A pumpy start and a scary slabby crux.

You feel like a superstar with so many people cheering and rooting for you. Started with my head under the rock and flipped over.

I was so scared! This was a project from 2022, and I'm very glad it's over.

6c...7a in the guidebook. Scary top with polished holds.

The crux is getting to a slopy hole by using tiny crimps and teardrops. Got my feet up and matched the hole, taking it as an undercling to move to a good jug.

Got it on my second go. Burly and committing. Towards the end of the route, I missed a sidepull on the right on both trys that would've rendered the top significantly less anxiety inducing.

Second go. Mostly great holds, and a big tufa at the top.

Missed a key hold on the first go. The 50 km/h wind didn't help!

Probably my favourite route on Kalymnos! Crimpy, committing, and scary. Gave it a few tries earlier this year, and now got it on my second go.

The start is very easy, but the crimpy crux is fun!

Took me five tries, but it was really worth it 👌🏻 The grade given here is plainly wrong; it's 7b+ in the guidebook, and even that's generous.

Pumpy start and scary middle.

Scary slab at the start, really cool tufa climbing up top. 7b in the official topo, but only the slab part is tricky. After that, the route becomes a lot easier, although it's still long and pumpy. Our 70m rope was sufficient, though.

Peace of cake after getting through the bouldery start!

Third go. Just one hard section in the middle.

Gets very scary with the undercuts and shitty feet just before the easy top. There's no way that this route is a 7b+.

The route is currently drawn wrong here; it looks straight, but really, there's a traverse section at the beginning. The route's a 7a+ in the Vertical Life topo, and really even easier than that.

Scary taverse at the top with good hand holds and nowhere to put your feet.

Who the hell graded this as 7a?

First tried it in my sandals, but couldn't do it.
