Lots of variety in a very small area. Rumney favors those that can climb in a variety of styles. No better place to be in October.

Tons of climbing in a really small area. All grades and a classic or two in each. Definitely psyched to call this my home crag

There are endless crags to explore, the anchors are well maintained, the crowd is generally friendly, and if you're waiting in line for routes, you're climbing in the wrong place.

Went there for bouldering. The rock is excellent for bouldering, better than Pawtuckaway. But many established moderate lines are dirty and grown with moss.

Stylistically, I like the climbing. But wow has it ever been overhyped. Camping scene is poor, long lines for routes even on weekdays, high rainfall, long approaches for unbelievably short routes -- it's just not my cup of tea. The rock at least is solid and offers excellent friction. There are some great routes there, though, if you don't mind the lines.

Not my favorite.
