Description

Very unique Crag with a spectacular location just overlooking Innsbruck. There is a large flat meadow in front of the wall making it family friendly. The bottom of the wall is slippery due to the popularity of traversing the bottom few meters. The rock is conglomerate that is found in many buildings across Innsbruck.

History

The crag is a long shut down quarry, used to obtain building materials for many of the historic buildings in town. Due to this fact there are many visible traces in the rock, created by the machinery used to extract it. (not dangerous)
