No special access issues
You can park about 800 meters North at "Parque de estacionamento Praia do Paçô". It has lots of space and is for free. Walk down the wooden path in the direction of "Arte Rupestre". Continue to follow the Trail in the same direction where the wooden path ends. At "Arte Rupestre" turn right. There you will find the boulders.
