於屯門杯渡輕鐡站步行至顯發里,在此往山腳仰望巳可見呈三角形之昂天石場, 沿小徑之石級, 步行約5-10分鐘, 便到大欖郊野公園第十段麥里浩徑, 沿引水道(元朗方向)步行十多步即見麥徑路標柱(M198或6號圖座標HE072792), 再沿小路往上行, 約步行15-25分鐘便到昂天石場。
